Nice to hear this coers! I'm kind of stuck now, but it's not because of looking/not looking at the ball. Keeping my eyes focused on the ball has really helped (at least indoors). The problem is I've been changing too much stuff - backstroke/throughstroke lengths, etc. & I feel too mechanical now. I really need to practice on some real greens now to see what works best.
Yea it's time to stick to one thing and get out on the practice green. I really need to take that advice and do some wedge shots. But doing this has helped me and plus using a seemore helps to.
 
I focus on rolling my golf ball over a spot a few inches in front of the ball. I do the same thing with my full swing, I pick a spot two feet in front of my ball, and try to swing over that spot.
 
Practicing, I'll vary. I have a dot in a dimple at the back of the ball during a round which I stare at. I think that's quiet eye.
