What is an absolute deal breaker when you are looking for a new ball?

Looks like spin (mainly around the greens) is the winner for this show. On the plus side, I now have a question for if/when we have another of these that I am going to hold in my back pocket (oh hell, I am probably just going to post it later, but I have to go hit the sim before work today to try out a new CBZ wedge, so priorities).
I read it as mostly approach into greens. I use different visuals for approach and greenside. It seems most of us responders are spin deficient. I wonder how much is agronomy and course conditions vs swing vs equipment.

Yellow - I don't play yellow golf balls

It’s all about performance to me. I want the best performing ball: distance, spin characteristics off the tee and around the green.

I couldn’t care less about brand, logo, alignment aids, team decals and the like. Even durability and feel characteristics pale in comparison to the performance metrics. I wear out most of my balls, so cost isn’t an issue either. At an average of 3 rounds per ball the difference in the cost of a ball is negligible.

So for me, if you don’t have the top performing ball as measured by my swing—it’s a deal breaker.

The very interesting part of this, as I play with a lot of golfers from the forum. Very few actually spinning around the green, mostly a bump and run.

but there’s also no detriment in having a ball that spins around the green
And nobody wants spin off the tee! I know I don't, so I play my 2-piece...
