Just like the title says, I am interested in how your shops are set up. Whether it be for gripping, repairs or anything of that nature.

The only "repairs" I perform are grip removal-installations which can be done almost anywhere including kitchen, bathroom, garage, backyard, driving range etc...

Have a vise out in the garage for gripping and to mount my shaft puller onto. Heat gun. A SW scale. Shaft ruler. Grit blade for the hacksaw, tubing cutter.
Just some basics.

Beginning to think I might of gone a little overboard, became an addiction tinkering and building.11288872-A448-4320-8B1A-39BEC939B75B.jpegAD460768-71AB-433B-A90A-1858B6537E06.jpeg

That is an awesome setup you have there. Do you work for a golf course? Just asking cause I see you have hole cutters. Unless you just collect those.
No, sadly a couple of courses in the area closed and picked them up in a auction. 🤞 Hoping to add a putting green.

My setup isn’t as extensive. I have my bench with a mounted vise. I store my chop saw, swing weight scale, homemade shaft puller on shelves under my bench. I built a rack to hold clubs and shafts. Heat gun, drill, etc. are on my peg board. Small parts in plastic parts dividers, club heads, gram scale, epoxies, grips, etc are in the tool chest. It’s my Man Cave!!1543F4D0-1C0E-4ED5-A84C-F953CD6F6C9C.jpeg4E755CCF-9815-4002-A855-E2C240DE624F.jpeg177D2846-C567-4272-858F-4655AE07C883.jpegAEF08136-32A9-4C5D-B029-CF73502F3251.jpegCBD254B7-F558-4C36-B175-1B08AA999688.jpeg

I have a bench, vise etc... but find it is easier to do grip removal and installation without using a vice or clamp.

A vice, cardboard box & lock & lock full of tape, solvent, & grips. I need to clean / organize this garage!
