This year the kids chose a Star.

Almost every year the wife and I have been together, it has been a snowflake on top of the tree.
 
Victorian Minnie Mouse - discontinued years ago, had to pay a premium on eBay, have a matching tree skirt and some other items from the line.

Star here. We had a snowman for a while but I like the look of the star more.
 
My granddaughter wanted to put a Santa hat at the top this year. I obliged.

I am a heathen. I stuff a Waterford Crystal vase full of lights and call it good. Looks pretty sweet though.,....

Been meaning to get a proper tree topper. Have been using a red ribbon/bow for the last several years.
 
We leave it bare. Mrs. Bull did an excellent job though.

We used to have a star for many years, this year we made the switch to an angel.
 
Had a beautiful motion angel growing up but it was too heavy for the smaller trees. We have a nice star.

Any old school gold foil stars?
