Square Belgian for me, butter, applesauce and, dark Vt. maple syrup. I can cut out nice square bites and it doesn't screw with my OCD.

Years ago when we were in San Antonio the hotel served this shaped waffles in its breakfast buffet, my then 6 year old daughter loved the shape.
