Tonight, my wife and I are going out to celebrate our anniversary. She chose this butcher shop/restaurant based on recommendations from friends. We have never been there before.
I looked at the menu and it looks legit! I couldn’t really decide on what I would order, so I thought I would post the menu and see what THP nation thought? Comment on your order, appetizer, drinks, etc.!

I would go down the left side of the menu and just stop eating when I couldn't eat any more. It all sounds goooood

Starter - Beef Tar Tar
Entree - 9 oz filet (unless my wife orders, her standard)
option b - Shrimp Taglietelle

have a few beers, or a bottle of wine (not on the menu?)

Enjoy and congrats on your anniversary.

Congrats on the anniversary... special occasion and a new restaurant are always good...

Wife gets the Salmon
I probably go Ribeye - filets are good but flavor in ribeyes A+

Brussels and Potatoes as sides

Manhattan for dinner and select bourbon straight for dessert
Chocolate something for her dessert

Charging for Bread and butter? puhhhlease very tacky

Cauliflower souffle
Prime ribeye with bone marrow
Frites
Sprouts

Happy Anniversary.

Beef Tartare
18oz ribeye medium rare
Roasted mushrooms

caesar salad
9oz filet mignon
potato roasties

Congrats on the anniversary!

Tuna tartare
36 oz. 45 Day Prime Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye (Medium Rare)
Fried Brussels
Amanté Picanté

Beef and Brussels, Rib Eye and Fried Brussels. Happy Anniversary to you both.

6 oz filet
Farm veggies
Potato roasties
Bread and butter (which should be free at a place like this)

Have a great time and happy anniversary!

Cauliflower souffle and tuna tartare to start
She'd probably order the paella or the smoked chicken
I'm ordering the 36 oz ribeye w/ bearnaise
Might as well add some mushrooms, fried brussels, and farm vegetables for the table

Happy anniversary!

Congrats on the anniversary. Enjoy your celebration.

Crab cake.

I don’t eat red meat frequently but the prime NY strip would be my choice. No sauce needed if seasoned and cooked properly.

I would go with the Brussel sprouts and roasted potatoes.

So, our order was....

It was good. We weren’t blown away, but it was a nice evening out. No drinks, just sweet tea. My wife is pregnant, so if she can’t, I don’t.

Looks like it was a delicious dinner, everything looked pretty amazing. That bread must have been delicious!

Congrats on your anniversary !

Just throw that 36 oz Choice Bone-In Ribeye cooked medium rare on a plate and give me 3 fingers of their best bourbon and I would be very happy !
