You cut a hole in a piece of bread (use this piece to dunk the egg later), put in a skillet and break an egg in the hole. I cook mine over easy/medium so I can dunk the yolk.

It's really good. And if you need more bread/toast to dunk with, you got it on your egg!

Pizza.
 
After working 13 hours today all I wanted was pizza! And that's what I had:banana:
 
Soy Sauce eggs and rice. Wish I had some seaweed.

It was going to be Spam and rice but I couldn't find any in the pantry. Thought for sure there were two cans left.
