Tried pork chops on the smoker. It’s not great too dry for my liking. Granddaughter like my bbq sauce tho, obviously.

Caught a bunch of crawdads last night. Had a boil for dinner. Corn,mushrooms, sausage, red potatoes, crayfish and seasoning
Seared yellowfin with mango salsa, sauteed green beans (picked just before dinner), cottage cheese salad (cucumbers & plum tomatoes picked y'day), and homemade applesauce. Dinner paired with Sauvignion blanc.

Cream cheese stuffed yellow cucumbers for an appetizer. Rotisserie chicken with sauteed garden carrots, tomato & feta salad, and corn on the cob. Blackberry wine for dessert.

I had breakfast for dinner because I didn’t have anything defrosted. So just some eggs with spinach, 2 chicken sausage and a half a sweet potato. It was still tasty and filled me up.
I just had a grilled chicken sandwich with an entire Hatch chile. It was larger than the piece of chicken I used. So so good.
I had some tenderloin with asparagus and carrots, it was sooo good the picture was too late.

Venison bacon BLT with basil subbed in for lettuce. I shot the deer, Julie grew the tomatoes and basil

Was just getting ready to look for this thread... tonight: BLT's with Big Boy tomatoes out of the garden, green leaf lettuce and apple wood thick sliced bacon. Duke's mayo and toasted whole grain bread.
