Steak and potatoes
Breakfast - felt like bacon and eggs with air fryer tater tots
Mushroom Swiss brats and pepperoni pizza brats from a local butcher.
I'm on a strict diet of cereal and beer when I'm not working. At work: just beer.
Snowing here in CO so Chili is on the menu tonight!
Porcupine meatballs.......it’s hard to find porcupines lately........
Sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts
Smoked pulled pork tonight.. It was excellent!!
Slow cooker chili tonight
Tonight will be king crab legs, scallops and and mashed potatoes

Grilling up some ribeye steaks tonight!!

Cold meatball parm sub. It was warm, but we went on a few calls and thats how the cookie crumbles.
I made breakfast tonight, Protien crumbles seasoned up like ground beef, peppers, onions then made it all and big omelette. Sprinkled Cheese on it, picante aauce and sour cream and toast......
Dinner tonight was some pizza from the local (as in less than a mile away) family owned pizza place. Ordered a pie, some garlic rolls and a few other things, take out. Left a good size tip to try to help out a bit. Seemed busy. Hopefully the places like this will survive all of this.
Supported local business and had some spinach and potato perogies...

We had takeout tonight from a local amazing Italian spot.

Going to double smoke a ham this afternoon. Wife making cheesy potatoes with bacon and green onion to go with it.
