What's for Dinner?

Anniversary dinner fornthr lovely wife... Slow roasted pork loin using indirect heat. Brussels rice and home made bread.IMG_20201104_181716.jpg

Chinese tonight.
 
Monster 1/2lb swiss cheese burgers tonight. Toasted sourdough buns, guac spread; last of the ripe garden tomato. red leaf lettuce & a little spicey mustard & ketchup.

Will be a gourmet weekend. Last weekend in the camper at local state park. Hebrew National dogs on seasoned italian rolls tomorrow night. Homemade pickled red onion, homemade green tomato salsa, and a jar of Chicago style pickled Giardenia (sp?) Saturday will be light breakfast of farm fresh brown eggs, sourdough toast, & corned beef hash.

Some hiking and outdoor activities to work up an appetite. Actually have to get some lap sealant on the camper roof.

Making up a mexican influenced hot & sour chicken broth soup for first course. Dinner will be a smoked pork loin chunked up into sweet and sour pork kabobs and an asian cole slaw.
 
Still on microwave meals for another few days yet, so last night was a sausage pasta bake

Pizza night
 
We just ate air fryer wings and onion rings.
 
Pretty sure we are going with pizza. Still up in air though.
 
Had a KFC for lunch, think that will do me for the day
 
Toasted Ravioli and Garlic Knots.
 
Pasta with broccoli, garlic and oil.
 
Going to fry up some breaded Shrimp tonight.
 
Little one got to try some pasta and meatballs withnhis veggies tonight... Naturally he loved it!
