Broccoli, Potato Cheese Soup - perfect for snow
 
Some butter sage shrimp with bucatini... 'twas delicious
 
Ribs, smoked Mac n cheese & cole slaw.
 
Pulled pork barbecue
 
we were really lazy. Can of Progresso chicken noodle soup and bread.
 
Beef Stew and Honey Biscuits.

Home Made Split Pea soup with Ham and Bacon,
 
using up the rib meat to make taco Thursday a thing.
 
Ribeyes, fried mashed potatoe cakes & a Caesar salad. Might just open some Snoop Dog Cali Red too.

Does that Snoop red come with THC as an additive?
 
Marinaded pork tenderloin... so good, Was actually last night's dinner but ended home a little late, made a mess of the marinade (exploding mustard bottle & honey) so just ordered a pizza. But after an overnight marinade of honey, dijon, grain mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper & rosemary, the 350 on a rack in the oven for 47 minutes it was 147 and was sooooo good. Green beans in butter & some bacon bits and pack of mashed potatoes. Cooking for 3 is a little harder than 4 (with one less eating leftovers as well) so this was a pretty perfect quantity for dinner.
 
I am making this chicken stew for one of the Super Bowl offerings.

Had Swedish meatballs with mashed potato last night
 
Grilled burgers and hotdogs with enough leftovers to last a few nights
 
Smoked pork butt for chili verde
