Baked lemon garlic scallops over rice.
 
Charcoal grilled cheeseburger and onion rings.

Got real fancy tonight.. Pizza Hut! Was absolutely delicious.
 
did some ribs. 1 1/2 rack baby backs. spiced em up, then into the oven at 250 for 2 hours. then to the kamado on the upper rack with some heat deflection, threw in some pecan wood, and smoked at about 275 for another 30 minutes. had some corn and green beans as sides. my youngest ate 6 ribs! they were pretty tasty.
 
I've been waiting for tonight Dinner for a week.
I'm cooking a Turkey
Mashed potatoes/gravy
Corn in the Cob
Biscuits
Sweet potato/marshmallows
And pumpkin pie!
Cranberries
No green beans!
Thanksgiving come early!

Grilling NY strip steaks with salad and wild rice.
 
Per the kids request instead of the traditional Easter ham...
Smoked steaks w/ broccoli/blue cheese casserole and cilantro rice.FB17D117-98A3-427F-8BB9-4A5BF71FB1E8.jpeg
 
Spin on carnitas: smoked cured boston butt roasted for 10 hours until fat is rendered. Reserved fat then used to fry the pulled pork. Chipotle sauce on homemade corn tortillas.

Wife just made a really nice meal. So grateful. And soooo full.

My 6yr old threw a fit over me asking her to eat one bite of potatoes. 🤦‍♂️ After some mellow drama and claims that I’m not the best Daddy in the world, I got her to eat the bite!
 
Pasta with shrimp and broccoli with some garlic bread.
 
We had leftovers to clean out the fridge.

Ham and asparagus
 
Picked up from Popeyes. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and red beans and rice.
 
Easter dinner was a glazed spiral ham, twice baked potatoes, green beans, corn, a good Pinot.
 
The grocery store didn’t have any ham so we went with a steakhouse dinner. Smoked and seared ribeyes, made lyonnaise potato’s, lump crab cakes, smoked brussel sprouts in bacon, onion and butter and may have opened a few bottles of Orin Swift Abstract.
