Kicked up chicken with veggies and tomatoes
 
Lasagna , strawberry and almond salad
 
NY strips
Season with S&P and a little garlic powder
Grill at 375* 7 min a side for MR
 
Hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill
 
Wine, charcuterie, and a movie with my wife. Great evening!
 
Quesadillas! Yes pronounced the dilla!
 
Thai stir fried chicken, rice, and broccoli

Leftover Mexican lasagna
 
Last night was italian sausage sandwich and meatball sub sandwich.
 
The rest of the slow cooker gammon joint that we cooked yesterday

Today it was had with roast potato, veg, Yorkshire puddings and some nice gravy over the top of it all
 
Grilling pork chops tonight.
 
Pigs n the blanket and french fries. Ketchup and mustard. Lackluster but satisfying.
 
Making pizza. Made a batch from scratch last night. My brother and some neighbors are coming over so I had to run out and get more from Trader Joe’s. We’ll see which is better.

Made my wife’s favorite meal that I cook for our anniversary. Pan-seared day boat scallops with a bit of sea salt, fresh cracked pepper and celery seed with mushroom risotto. Was gonna make some grilled asparagus on the side but she declined...too much food.
 
Grilling burgers tonight. Will grill enough for leftovers too.
 
Bacon, eggs and biscuits.
