What's the worst color for a golf ball to be?

For me I have a buddy who uses the matte red and I cannot see it when it leaves his club. I think blue is terrible as well.

These really bother me when looking at them on a course. Hell, even looking at it on the forum bugs the crap out of me.

They can be seen from space when they're on the ground, but I can't see those in the air at all.

Anything that isnt white. I have a hard time tracking them. The worst by far are those red Callaway ones @Mikey D posted. Hurt my eyes to even look at that picture

Bridgestone colored balls in general they look like they’re vibrating when I look at them.

Agreed, they are almost too bright to look at. Though in low light conditions they look like tracer rounds flying through the air.

Definitely green, for sure. That said, for me it will always be red, or orange. I have to be really close to the ball before I see those colors.

I played with a guy who used one of the matte Callaway balls in red. I have great eyesight but had trouble seeing his ball all day; it was a horrible color!

I've seen black golf balls for sale, but I can't imagine anyone playing one - you could lose it in the fairway...

Going to have to agree with most and say black. I dont mind the bright blue and callway matte red. Pink is a surprisingly fun color to play, would honestly consider playing it if they made a premium pink ball. White is my favorite though.

I played with this lady a while back that was using these shiny silver ones and it was impossible to spot them. I got lucky a few times seeing the glint of the sun reflection and spotted them in the rough but she must have lost at least 4-5 that day.

Right now I am staying with my daughter and son-in-law who live next to Ironhorse Golf Club. The fairways are Bermuda and yellow as can be this time of year. The rough is green. The sand is light tan. The cart paths a light grey. It makes ball color choice quite challenging.
