Doing some research on wedge grinds and soles and was wondering what grinds you are playing and why?

I'm gaming the low and high bounce W grinds in the MD5. The low bounce W in the 58 is a magic stick. I'm hoping the magic lasts, but it's proficient!
I've had zero issue opening the face up. I'm not hitting Phil the Thril flop shots with it, but I open it up to play higher quick stop shots and have had no issue. As a matter of fact, I play the bounce easier with it than I did with my PM grind and that's saying a lot.I'm gaming the MD5 S grind on my 54˚. Most shots I hit with this wedge are square unless I'm in a sand trap, so this works pretty well for me and is low enough bounce that I can still play it off of tighter lies.
In my MD5 60˚ I'm playing an X grind. This was recommended to me by RFC at the '17 Grandaddy as the closest grind available at the time to the OG PM Grind. It's worked pretty well, but after talking to my fitter, I'm thinking about going with something a little lower bounce in the LW spot. Currently mulling over a C grind or maybe even a versatile grind in a Cobra wedge. Also waiting to hear more on the full face Jaws wedges.
How is opening that up? I play a lot of shots with my lob wedge open, even from the fairway.
I have 3 Callaway wedges as well now. 52 W, 56 X, and 60 Low bounce WI like the Callaway S and C grinds, but super pumped on the W grind.
