That 1995 Jim Beam Anniversary bottle I have been chasing for a bit, but wanted it for a decent price. Pretty excited to get it.

Following up on this. It to my poor taste buds is every bit the Rip 10 without the price. Highly recommend if you ever see it.
interesting, can't say i've ever seen in but will keep an eye out.

(i did really really good not to make a punny response.)

Y'all got me with the copper and cask. Know nothing about it besides seeing it on here.

the first pour of the C&C was jut pure ethanol. I was concerned but already improving. I might let that was sit a little bit more and get some air still

The penelope is the best i've had from them. I've tried a few of their finished versions and they are all just too aggressive or blunt so i never gave their regular stuff a chance. this might get me back on board in the future.

A bombergers pour and the 2 pickups for today, 1 being an Xmas gift for my buddy

Oh. My.

We know how I feel about the Little Book vertical and that awesomeness. Talk to me about the Parker’s.
I had been chasing two bottles of Parker’s for a while now. I wasn’t willing to overpay though.

First one was the curaçao finished, which I think was 2018 and then the cask strength rye which was 2023.

I had tried both and wanted them, and they came up, and I grabbed them along with another one.

They are not inexpensive, although the Curaçao finished isn’t crazy.

I should add, if you weren’t aware, it’s a heaven Hill product, and one of their higher end products

Curaçao is a unique finish. Don’t see that often. Very nice.

I fear I have gone down a rabbit hole of Parker’s, that is way out of my price range that I’m willing to spend ha ha.

But they have some wildly awesome stuff.

The food and beverage manager at BallyHack is Shane, and he popped a bottle of heaven Hill 19 and we got to try it, and it was awesome, but he said he liked the Parkers stuff a little more. So he popped the next time. I was there a bottle of Parker‘s that I wanna say was a cask strength bourbon, and it blew me away.

so while I won’t be trying to create a vertical of all of them, because the early ones are 4 to 5 figures at times, these more recent ones are manageable

I passed on this one while at Preservation Trail…
Knock out for the price. I generally can’t drink the brown stuff because I’m a little girl like that. This stuff was nice.

Drinking Little Book Infinite 2 tonight. 2nd time having it, definitely needed a little air because initial tasting I wasn’t that impressed. This time around, delicious

A small pour of Castle & Key single barrel before heading to a cheer comp tomorrow morning. I might have a flask in tow!

Cataloguing.
This bottle is amazing.
Bottled just over 30 years ago to celebrate the Jim Beam 200 year anniversary.
