Who in the golf industry would you most like to talk to?

That'd be a pretty awesome conversation, though I wonder if they'd "argue" all that much.

I'll take a similar tangent for putters and ask for a discussion panel with Scotty Cameron, Sean Toulon, and Guerin Rife. The intersection of form and function is endlessly interesting.
That would be a good one

Or maybe Solheim, with all the modern R and D guys, I would love to hear the kind of questions today's Club Guys would have for one of the foundational guys like that

I have to choose three.

@DannyLe because I want to try and understand shafts.

Chris Voshall from Mizuno. Beside being a fantastic human, he's a font of knowledge.

@LittleRat Jose is just another font of knowledge with clubs.

If you sub out Rife with Austie, I have been in a room with those 4 together.

Alister Mackenzie- it would be so cold to talk to him about the courses he designed.

Crap......i forgot about course designers. That is a good call

I figure a convo with Mike Strantz would be pretty awesome. His courses are so unique.

I am actually friendly with one of the biggest course designers in eastern Canada, and have talked to him in the past about design. It's a really fun topic

Really anyone of the OEM companies. Pick their brains, insight on their thought process, Were they want the company, themselves to be in 5 years, and what they want to be remembered by.

Great question. So hard to pick

No longer with us - Seve Ballesteros

Alive and kicking - Sean Toulon - between Taylormade, Callaway and of course Toulon - so many great stories, and maybe some putting tips !

Some time with Coore and Crenshaw preferably with dinner and a round at Cabot cliffs would be lovely

Gone is Hogan. Alive is probably Tiger

As someone said earlier, you've got some great stories for sure!

Through THP I've had the chance to meet and talk to Marni Ines, Josh Talge, and JD from Titleist, Craig and Perry from Bag Boy, plus Gavin and Jen from Shot Scope.

Along with all of the other excitement during these events, the folks who show up from the sponsor companies to hang out with us Hackers is beyond amazing.

Gone: My good friend Payne Stewart
Current: David Feherty
That is a good one, you know he was the man, as he is literally the last person in existence to pull off the Pantaloons and flat cap, and not just pull them off have but to have the confidence and self-esteem to make it his signiture

He told me dare to be different. I have his gold toe shoes he signed for me at Disney in 91. He also was a huge prankster.

Happy Gilmore, if not available Butch Harmon.

Lee Trevino. The guy tells great stories.

Anyone in the Srixon Camp that can describe the dizzying rise of Srixon in the last 3-4 years.

Roger Cleveland.

For me it’s Lee Trevino. Something about him as always made me just want to chat him up about anything and everything. Just truly has seemed to me like a very genuine person and I like that. Doesn’t hurt that he’s feeling hilarious either!

Dead- Ben Hogan for obvious reasons.
Alive- Ryan Liberty. Haven’t seen him in a long time.
