who is playing Ping G700 irons ?

Noticing a price drop on both steel and graphite at major golf shops. This often indicates a replacement line is coming, right? Anyone heard about a G700 iron replacement?:ping:

G710 early next year
Black finish

I just picked up a used set 5-gap with 780 ES Recoil F3 shafts in black dot. They were just a bit to upright for me so I had them bent 1* flat which now makes them red dot. Ive hit some balls in the yard but am anxious to play with them a little later. My current gamers are Mizuno HMP with Recoil 95 F3 shafts. I could tell just playing in the yard that when you hit the sweet spot on the G700 that the ball flight is pretty high compared to my HMP. We’ll see how they perform later.

I've heard the G710 has a dark (near black) finish and public release will happen January 2020.
