Another vote for Speith. He will play more and I think (hope) that he is close to turning things around. I will go out on a limb and say they both get a win in 2021.

My gut says neither, I’ll say Spieth because I’m more confident he’ll get one before Tiger. My heart says they’ll both have wins this year!

I'd say Tiger. Over the past couple years, he's shown the ability to get into contention even if it is pretty infrequent. I can't remember the last time Spieth seriously contended. So even if Tiger plays a lot less and a lot more inconsistently than he used to, I think he's more likely to have a week where he can win until Spieth proves otherwise.

I'll throw a Spieth vote out there. He showed a couple glimpses last year of rebounding. I think he gets one before summer.
