While it has not been without its growing pains, the direction which Wilson Golf has taken as of late gives someone with nostalgia for the brand a real reason for hope. Yes, the metalwoods and irons have been tremendously received by golfers and reviewers alike, but they want to go beyond that. Building off of […]

Decent price range, curious to how they feel in hand as I’m still struggling even with some nice releases lately as I still look at them as a box store set clubs. Curious as it seems they don’t release much info to the public as a whole on equipment vs other OEM’s which I think hurts them wholeheartedly when trying to give consumers a reason to try their product beyond price alone.

I saw the Instagram teaser yesterday and was wondering when the article would drop. These look a lot better than their price might indicate.

Luke warm on the looks but maybe the performance is there to make up for it. Pricing is aggressive

These feel pretty good in hand. The dark finish should look nice in a rack as well.
They were able to incorporate some help in a wedge, while still maintaining a pretty classic overall shape at setup.

I’m not going to knock OEM’s for releasing new product to the market. These just look like they have too much in the trunk for a wedge. Good price point though which could get some eyes on them.

The finish looks great! They definitely look more like a set wedge than a dedicated wedge. But that’s okay! Not everybody wants the look of a dedicated wedge. They look very forgiving though. Great article @Jman!

Really nice looking finish and a pretty solid price.

I think this is a bit of a no brainer for more people than would admit it, even if it's a couple CB's mixed into a three wedge set.

Really like the finish, recently i'm all about the cavity back wedges, give me all the help. Solid price point. I do wonder how the darker finish will hold up.

Look really good.

I don't know why someone would want more launch with a wedge when most oems are bringing the cg higher in the head. That said, they do look nice for a techy wedge.

I have a soft spot for CB wedges. Just like them and have more confidence with them. Well done Wilson! Look great! Nice that the options for them are fairly simplified as well. Considering their target market.

I think the overall package looks pretty good, especially in that dark finish. I think this would be a lot to take in in chrome.

This is a good looking finish and a solid price point. A lot of people could benefit from a cb wedge.

Nice looking finish and club here. You had me at “cavity back wedge.”

I think making these a cavity back wedge makes a lot of sense. Puts them into a category with other OEMs. Looks good and a good price. @Jman and I’m wrong thinking that the Wilson Harmonized wedge is there best selling wedge?

That’s what I was thinking. The dark finish is a good call here. Gotta love a good looking wedge at a good price.

Love the dark finish. Seems like Wilson is stepping up their game lately.

Some of us don’t center our strike locations to where the benefits from a perimeter, waiting more than make up for a potentially stronger spin or flight into a green

I like the look of these and the price is great.

I wonder if you'll be able to customize them with graphite shafts eventually.

This seems to be a good price for a nice looking wedge. As someone who has been playing golf a long time, I enjoy seeingWilson clubs, at least the nostalgic effect.

Nice write up @Jman !
I’m in for more choices to choose from.
Looks like a good looking wedge especially with the black finish.

Because these aren’t aimed at the better players who are the ones the higher CG designs are aimed at. MOST golfers don’t need flatter/lower from wedges, but, MOST golfers probably shouldn’t be using bladed wedges either if they were honest with themselves.

Maybe? It’s hard to say as honestly I don’t think they move many of any wedge. This is a good decision though to try to claim a piece of what is definitely a growing segment.

I love the concept and if something could replace the CBXs I've come to love, this might be it.

That said, I cannot stand dark finishes on wedges because it seems to me they end up looking dinged up almost immediately.
