Some great choices in there. I like it.

It's been quite awhile since I updated my WITB. I thought that now would be a good time to do so. I've used four different drivers this summer, a Cobra Speedzone and a Par & Stripes, also a Callaway Sub Zero and the Big Bertha B21. It amazing how well I can hit any one of them. For most of the summer I used my Cobra Forged Tec irons, and now with the season winding down here in Chicago what with the cooler weather and all. For now until the clubs come in for the winter I'll be using a set of Ben Hogan PTPros I got back in August. I want to get a few rounds in with them to see how they react in my hands.

So here's What's In The Bag right now for me.

Driver - Cobra Par & Stripes Set at 9*/ Fujikura Speeder Evolution 661 S flex
FW- Cobra 5W Set at 18.5*/ Oban Kiyoshi HB S flex
Hybrids - Cleveland Halo Launchers # 2 16*, #3 19*, #4 22*/ Miyazaki C.Kua S Flex
Irons - Ben Hogan PTPro 6-PW/UST Mamyai Recoil SW ES 780 S flex (75 grams)
Wedges - Bettinardi HLX 3.0 50*, 56*, 60*/UST Mamyai Recoil SW ES 780 S flex (85 grams)
Putter - Bettenardi SS9 Lmt Run with copper insert 35" 358 grams

That is a great looking setup. The black Recoils are hot.

Love that setup. What are those new covers you have?

Very nice. One thing we can count on is your bag changing. :ROFLMAO:

The new driver and hybrid covers are made by Bettinardi. They're called Wizard In Motion. The Wizard is one of the logos Bettinardi uses, same as the putter headcover.

Your probably right, but for the immediate future the only thing I see changing will be the putters.

That bag and covers look really sharp.

Well I mean 3 updates since February. I’m not one to talk as mine changes frequently also.

Fortunately for me my wife doesn't keep count.

You and me both. However she did tell me yesterday that golf is way cheaper than fishing. For some reason she likes the fact that I’m home at night now.

pic of the copper insert betti?

Last couple have been killer setups. Done with style, well played. 🏌️ 👏

Question for you though, how’s your gapping going from a 4h to 6i? That looks like a problem area/distance but maybe those Hogan’s are crazy long?

That's is a reasonable request. The max I can get out of my 6i is about 168 yds, and that only is if I get it all. The 4h is for 170 yds and over. The 3h is for between 180-190 yds. The 2h is for over 190 yds and over. Had one shot with the 2h a couple of weeke ago that went 215 yds. My 5w I can hit 220 and over. I think that the top of my bag is a little over stacked at the moment but haven't figured out what is leaving the bag yet. :)

Thanks for the reply. I’ve carried a 4h, a 4i, and another 4i in my 14 club bag before. I currently have the 4h and one 4i in it.

When I had all three the 4h and my normal 4i went the same distance (this is still my current setup). The other 4i was a distance iron and I used it off the tee a bunch. My competitive golfer son found out about that and uses it now. What’s a man to do? It goes 20 yards further than my 4h or regular 4i and prior to my accident I could hulk smash that club.

Now that I have the set 4i and 4h (go the same distance) I rarely hit the 4i. Perfect FW lie or off the tee on a hole that demands it. I generally feel I have better control from a perfect lie with it than 4h.

The 4h is my chunk it out, mediocre lie and need to advance it, and occasionally a tee club on a long three or demanding tee shot club. I usually only use it from the tee downwind. It goes a lot higher than my 4i.

Finally have finalized my bag for the coming season. Putters and wedges might be changed around once in awhile, but the rest of the clubs are pretty solid. Picked up a new bag along the way, which at the moment is really cool looking. So, here is WITB for 2021.

Callaway Org 14 2020

Really like the spacing on the Org 14 much better than my C-130 Sun Mountain bag.

Next is the the Drive, 3w, 5w and #4 hybrid. The 3w is missing right now because it's out being re-shafted. The 3w will be a TE 3w 17*. The driver is a Epic Speed 9* with a Fujikura Speeder Evolution 661 and S Flex (65 g). The TE 3w 17* will have a Graphic Design Tour AD GP-6s shaft (75 g). The 5w is a Cobra SZ 20* with a Oban Kiyoshi HB shaft with S Flex (75 g). The #4 is a Cleveland Launcher Halo with a stock Miyazaki C. Kua 6 S Flex shaft (75 g).

Next is the irons. They are Piretti 6-PW. Shafts on the irons are Graphic Design Tour AD (Black) 75 grams, R Flex.

20210312_191141.jpg 20210312_191228.jpg

Then comes the wedges which are Bettinardi HLX 3.0 custom wedges. Loft is 50*, 54*, and 58*. Shafts are the same as on the Pirettis, but 85 grams with R Flex.

And last but not least is the Bettinardi QB6 Bee Kool SBS mid mallet.

Notice all the clubs have the same grips on the clubs this year. I was very careful this time around, didn't want your OCD kicking in this time. ;)
