Would you take a 30% raise to go clean shaven?

I’m honestly in between on this one. Could go without or with. Finally decided to grow hair on my face after 40+ years.

Also if they have a strict rule on appearance I can only imagine what other illogical rules or compliance's they have?

Still its seriously a 30% increase, take it.

This is the hardest part. Its honestly less about the money than it is about giving up control. I make enough that I don't really need more. That said, 30% is 30%

Hard to answer since the most I grow is when I don't shave for a few days and it's really not bad to me, but for 30%, I would keep it clean too.
