I had been looking for a 54 and 58 forever without much luck. If no one jumps in here, check eBay. There were a ton for sale for unreasonable prices late in 2014, but the same sellers still have them and some are selling new for the same price they were listing used just a few months ago.

I wound up buying a used 54 and 58 SM5 vokey and they're great.
