Your NFL teams outlook

The NFL gave the NY Giants the hardest schedule possible!!! Here is to 4-6 wins this year 🍻
Yeah it's going to be near Impossible.. if they can squeak out a win and keeps spirits up thru the first 4 or 6 games hopefully building a little momentum

NY Jets
Don't think I really need to explain. They will find a way to jets it up.

what or how do you think your NFL team will fair/do this year?

Dallas Cowboys:

- The Cowboys will score a ton of points, towards the top in the league
- Dak will throw for nearly 5000 yards and over 30 td's but will also turn the ball over 25 times and get sacked over 50 times
- The Cowboys will struggle to run the ball
- The defense will give up the 2nd most points in the NFL
- Cowboys will go 9-8 and miss the playoffs

edit: Ceedee Lamb will have a MONSTER year with nearly 150 rec, 15 tds and 1700 yards
You could have made this a much shorter and simpler answer.

Jerry Jones is still the owner. :ROFLMAO:

Future league MVP Baker Mayfield. Bucs win it all.

Lions we have a TOUGH schedule! Appears like the NFL has had enough of them being in the rise.

I've got the Lions at 12-5, winning the NFC North with the last game being a loss at Chicago because we're resting some starters this year. Ben Johnson will get his first win against the Lions, but it won't be the one that counts.

Patriots:
Continue their upward trajectory
Won’t sniff playoffs, but imo they are doing it right.

Offense: inexperience is ok here. Offensive players only have to act

Defense: all of the FA signings on this side of ball is wise. Defensive players have to REACT.

The best way to protect a young quarterback is keep games close so he isn’t getting blitzed all day.

Packers will go 12 and 5, get beat in the first round of the playoffs....if they make it

ooof, that's ambitious considering how hard their schedule is this year. the good news is that the best teams are all at home, although opening with Lions and then facing the Commanders only 4 days later is a tough pill to swallow. same thing later in the season when they host the Vikings and then face the Lions only 4 days later on Thanksgiving.
i think 10-7 is realistic, and a wildcard appearance would be great out of this division. it would mean they're better than expected and could make a playoff run.

lol, that's what you get for winning the division last year.

i actually think they make the playoffs as the last seed in. they have a favorable schedule. possibly squeak out 9 wins.

Indianapolis Colts
-Will play in a lot of close games
-If AR is a leader and they get the locker room backing him, we will win a lot of those close games
-If AR battles injury and doubt from the locker room, will be another 8 or 9 win season.
-There is a possibility of us sneaking into the playoffs based on an easy schedule.

Year 2 with a real coach
An improved running game and OL to open holes
WRs are slightly improved on, IMO
D should be solid again, top 10
Capable of going 12-5 but will probably slide into the playoffs at 11-6

Bears

On paper they're much improved. Hard to get any worse from the clown show of a coaching staff that are all gone now. Schedule is pretty brutal with arguably the toughest division in football

I think they go 10-7 and lose first round of playoffs

I love this take 🤞

I don't like the Chiefs schedule and don't think it lines up for a successful year. It will be entertaining to watch, but I am not too optimistic. Excerpt is from SI.com https://www.si.com/nfl/2025-nfl-schedule-five-teams-that-got-screwed?utm_source=RSS

1. Kansas City Chiefs

I had a similar complaint about the Jets’ schedule a year ago, when Aaron Rodgers was the league’s dog and pony showcase. I understand the reality of being a branded franchise in the NFL, but the Chiefs were absolutely torn apart by the NFL’s competing broadcast partners this year like a teddy bear being pawed at by a set of spoiled triplets. The Chiefs play in Brazil to start the season—and we all saw how well the setup was there last year, with both teams miraculously avoiding a swarm of soft tissue injuries—before heading home for a physical and emotional Super Bowl rematch against the Eagles. Then: Sunday Night Football in another time zone (Giants), vs. the Ravens in America’s Game of the Week, Monday Night Football at Jacksonville and Detroit on Sunday Night Football before a respite against the Raiders at 1 p.m. ET. This is the first time in NFL history that five of a team’s first eight games are in prime time—and it’s a team that also plays on both Thanksgiving and Christmas! Are we really that superstar deprived to necessitate this?

they will always have a chance because of Mahomes and Reid.

I agree. I think they are going to be the quietest playoff team in the league this year.

If your quarterback is getting sacked 50 times, it doesn’t sound like he’ll be given enough time to throw deep enough to hit 5000 yards

With their defense, he won't have a choice but to be passing all the time. Cowboys were sacked over 50 times last year and the offensive line won't be any better this year. And now Dak's mobility is not good. There will be games where Dak throws over 50 times

Edit: only sacked 38 times last year

New Orleans Saints

Will be in a fight for the 1st pick in the 2026 draft. Starting qb will be a 26 year old rookie. Defense is aging or replacing some big pieces. A new HC and staff. Brand new offense. Thank God we won't be on Hard Knocks this year. I don't see myself getting anyone on the team for fantasy football unless it's a great value pick.

I expect 4-5 wins. The rebuild starts now.

Arch Manning to grandpa's team?

Bears fan here. I’m optimistic. They seemed to really go after it. Hiring Johnson, replacing the middle of the O line and the draft looked pretty solid. So yep I’m optimistic but they are the Bears.

Arch Manning to grandpa's team?
Maybe. He needs to play first. And Saints have to suck more than some other teams. Anything is possible.
