It totally depends on whether I’m playing with others or as a single. If I’m playing with people I may try to find a few straggler balls on the range and hit them. I only like to hit a dozen or so, so I won’t buy a bucket. If there aren’t any there I’ll probably chip a few.
If I’m playing as a single I try to see if I can tee off early. Usually I can, because I don’t book rounds as a single during busy times.
