Yum-Yum Sauce - The greatest condiment known to mankind

I sub sriracha for Franks and a dash of seasoned rice wine vinegar. Not too shabby.

I am not a fan of Yum Yum sauce but considering the OP I'm not surprised we don't align here haha

Maggi Sauce is like that.

Pass. Not a fan.

Let me guess you put it in potatoes too?

It's a solid take. I make my own when I do some fried rice - and it is delicious. I don't use it super often so I don't buy a bottle of it and since the ingredients are staples for me it's easy to just whip up a batch the night before and let it meld the next day so it's ready for dinner.

For my friend rice example, when I'm simmering the rice I make the sauce and then both finished products go in the fridge for the night and I'm ready to go the next day.

The stuff is so good. Since the original having corn syrup as an ingredient and the wife can't have that, she makes her own and man is it tasty and easy.

Oh dear god no.

I like it. But best? I am not convinced.

@xThor you are truly a man of culture and I will never question any take of yours ever again. Bravo sir!

I agree and disagree. It's fantastic, but it's use is limited to one genre of food.

Oh its a great alternative to Alabama white sauce for smoked chicken

spectacularly mid.
