Yeah man I understand, I used to play so much, at least 3 times a week and I got really really good, but then this semester has been really time consuming so I haven't had a chance to play like before and I lost all of my consistency.
I only play like 1 or 2 times a month if that, and I haven't been to the range more than once these last few months.
What I would do is see if you can find an area in your house or outside that you can practice some tips-
1.Try to keep your lower body as still as possible during the backswing to create tension with your upper body, then focus on bringing the left hip back and then drive the right knee forward through the ball. If you keep a nice wrist cock during the downswing and release on time, your swing should straighten up
I usually play a controlled fade and sometimes if my timing is off, I block it right but my swing has become better now that I focus on body rotation instead of sliding and swaying
good luck
