I've got to admit, I'm a Guerin fan and I'm also a believer on the groove tech in putters, particularly the variable depth.

The models look much better in these pics than before. I'm curious. Definitely.

The variable depth is something often overlooked when people just glance at the grooves on the face.

this thread has been such a good follow

Im curious what is the difference between this and the ping TR tech? Not bashing, just really interested because I like the TR tech. (If i'm allowed to ask in this thread)

Just wrapped up a great visit. The technology behind the putter lines is astonishing. Being able to obtain the same distance on toe and heel shots as the center is HUGE.

Huge difference. Hard to explain on the move, but the TR to me is based on the weight of inserts. This is a physics idea with mass behind the ball and surface area touching the ball to bring different speeds. We talked a bit about this today with Guerin and he has tested both, and while I dont think its fair to share his studies, suffice it to say, he believes strongly in this. :D

High MOI putters just make sense for so many people. These are intriguing, for sure.
