There's a big back for you JRod

Nice series by the defense. Now here comes another 3 and out.

Poor guy only in there to block.

I didn't like him as a freshman when I still went to Minnesota. I still don't like him now. He has one or two good games every year where people start to think he turned the corner. Then he sucks the rest of the year.

Running on 3rd down, great.
I don't think Streveler is any better. From what I've heard anyways.

No, all he can do is run. When he started last year against San Jose State, the gophers attempted one pass the entire game.

Finally something on offense.

Flea flicker!

Trickeration

That was ffffffffuuuuuuuuuuu

Really?

And there goes any momentum gained on that drive. Hopefully the defense keeps it up since thats the only way this wont be a blowout.

I love our defense. Can they play offense to?

After a shaky start the defense is looking as expected. Now if only the offense can stop shooting themselves in the foot.

That punter is amazing

Minnesota offensive mvp so far.

Hmm, Smith, he's interesting more so then I thought he'd be.

Hang onto the ball though.

Knuckle ball after knuckle ball....

Leidner is awful this is so frustrating to watch

Minnesota has a lot of big player. They're big.

At least there are points on the board.

As much as I want to rip on Leidner, even with the crappy pass Holland should have caught that. The second one on third down was just pathetic. Run offense showed some life though and thats going to be critical going forward. Moving Pirsig to LT and getting Lauer out has clearly helped the oline.
