Has anyone brought their golf GPS devices with them on an international flight? If so, did you carry or pack it in the luggage? I would like to bring mine but do not want to damage it. I have a Garmin G6. Thanks, Tim
Flying with GPS
Personally, I would carry it rather than put it in the hold luggage just for peace of mind
Jen takes her Kindle when we travel (I took my Garmin watch as I knew I was playing in Jamaica) and it has always been in our hand luggage

Hand luggage. I had a gps stolen from checked in luggage. The airline refused to pay insurance or compensate for my loss. They stated gps was a valuable and I should have put it in my hand luggage.
