Doing a quick search online, these are supposed to be parallel. When I reshafted them, I intented to use some .355 shafts (DGR400) I had laying around with shims. When I actually did it, I didn't need any shims, which I thought was strange. They fit pretty snug.
I also just received a Vega wedge head that I know requires a .355 shaft. I put in a Dynamic Gold taper tip shaft and fits like a glove. I tried to put in a new FST 115 pro shaft that I know is .370 and it wouldn't fit. Then I tried to put in the Nippon Pull, and it went right in.
So, I'm 99.999999% these are taper tip shafts, although everywhere I look online it says parallel. Check out this video.

BTW, I don't have digital calipers. Never needed them.
