I currently game a Ping G30 driver sf tech. I have 2 shafts for it-the original Ping shaft, regular flex in standard length. I purchased another shaft, a proforce regular flex and had it cut down an inch. This was in the advice of a fitter.
ladt night I was at golf galaxy and they had a Ping G driver with a fujikura pro shaft 60S in it. I hit the ball great (on the simulator)
QUESTION: I have a 55G Fujikura orochi Stiff flex shaft (the black & orange one) in my garage. And all I would have to do is put a Ping adapter on it and then put it in my G30.Or, is the Ping G with that newer shaft a much better shaft/club.
It did feel great and very stable.
if somebody can give me an idea? What is the difference between the 2 shafts?

Somebody gotta know something??

The pro is 4 years newer I think. Seems to be a mid launch mid spin. The proforce is pretty old as well. I would put a tip on the orochi and hit them side to side. In theory the Pro is going to be the best shaft but that doesn't mean it will be the best for you. I am not sure that even answers your question but I couldn't find the specs on the orochi
