The European Tour will be having an tournament called the ‘Shot clock masters’. The first player will have 59 secs and the next player 40 sec. Each shot over time is a one shot penalty. Now players are allowed two time outs but outside of that they are on the clock with huge penalties for being behind, even one sec over. What are your thoughts?
