Yes, you have to sign up through ID.me. PING offered a 15% mail in refund to military too (mail in voucher sent in by our brick n n mortar store). Not sure if they still do it? I last used that discount about three years ago.
 
Just have a kid and put him in AJGA events, you get a discount code good for like 40-50% up to a few grand.
