Hot Cocoa Blizzard

I had it today as well and this is exactly how I would describe it. It was pretty good and I would definitely have it again.

My hometown has a population of around 17,400. Yet we have 2 DQ's, kind of strange if you ask me.
 
The candy cane sounds incredible.
 
I finally got around to trying the Hot Cocoa Blizzard and it didn't disappoint! I rarely try anything other than the old faithfuls but I'm glad I did.
 
The candy came one with chocolate ice cream is fantastic.
