Just put ours up this evening. Kind of a tradition here. Shopping for fun stuff Friday and then leftovers for dinner, and the tree goes up sometime over the weekend.

Our outdoor decorations will go up today since it'll be on the warmer side for late Nov. here in MA, but the tree won't go up until December.

We’ll be spending Christmas at our condo in Naples Florida again this year so we set up the tree when we were their last week.

Plan to get the tree up this evening. We have some exterior lights on the house, but keep it very moderate as the next door neighbors go (tasteful) Griswold. This year they've added a 3D projection in their office window that looks like Santa working in the workshop. Will try to get a video later this evening.

Took a guesstimate of how tall we could go. I’d say I was pretty close! Kids have never seen a 9ft tall Christmas in their home. A day or 2 to fall and then decorating!
