well. he didn't throw his club so cant bash him for that. I can picture and even understand one kind of quickly flinging his arm and putter in discussed without it being anything dramatic but you must be aware of your surroundings and understand your in close proximity to all when near the hole. Just a little stupidity here and unnecessary.
I carry around a daily remainder of what carelessness with a hockey stick can do, and that isn't a half a pound of solid metal either. It is up to everyone to be careful with their equipment. The human body has a lot of spots that don't hold up well to getting whacked with solid objects.
Wow! That could have been much worse. I may get quiet for a hole or so, but I have stopped throwing and flailing clubs. I generally like the people I play golf with and frankly I would never be able to associate with someone again if I caused something like this. As such, I just won't do it. Ever.
