My wife and I are considering moving to Boise or Salt Lake City to be closer to our son. I like both areas for the weather in the high desert climate they offer. From a quick glance at real estate it looks like you can buy a brand new home in the low $200’s. Salt Lake for the same house is in the $400s. Can anybody offer any insight as to which place they would rather live in terms of climate, traffic, culture, cost of living etc.? David in Vermont
