Ever since JB announced a 13 club deal for Morgan Cuppers, gotta admit I've been over to http://www.cobragolf.com a few times checking out specs, shaft options, etc.

Curious how much variance there would be among THPer bags. Now I have absolutely 0 idea what options Cobra & THP are going to let you select, but for the sake of a fun thread, let's say woods have to be from the F8 line, but irons are open to 2017 releases (King OS, Forged Tour, Forged Tour OL) along with the F8 offerings.

Oh forged tour all day. Just with the correct shaft

F8 in Nardo, F8 3w, F8 OL hybrids and irons, with recoils. Smacwraps if that’s an option.

Not that I’ve thought about it a whole lot.

F8 driver
F8 3/4 wood
F8 2/3 hybrid
F8 4 SL hybrid

F8 3-4 wood Black with something in Stiff
King Utility Iron in stiff - set at 18 degrees
King Forged Tour Irons 4-PW with TT AMT S300 shafts
PUR Wedges in 50, 54, 58

F8 Driver
F8 5-6
F8 3-4
F8 OL 4 and 5 Hybo
F8 OL 6-GW
Pur Versatile wedges 54 and 58

Definitely forged single length for me 4-PW!

Throw in F8+ driver and F8 5 wood

56, 58, 60 King Pur wedges

I've already got the King Pro CB's in the bag and the F7 hybrid so I'll switch things up a little bit.

Driver: F8+ Nardo - Project X Even Flow Blue 75 X at 44.5"

Fairway: F8+ 3/4 - Project X Even Flow Blue 85 S tipped 1/2" at 43"

Driving Iron: Whatever Rickie was playing at ToC (Forged Tec black?) or Utility - Project X LZ 6.5 at 39.25"

Irons: New King Pro replacement or Forged Tour Irons 4-PW - Project X 6.5 2* upright with 5 iron at 38.25"

Wedges: King PUR 51 versatile (50 bent 1*weak), 56 classic, 61 widelow (60 bent 1*weak) - Project X 6.5 1*upright standard length

The F8 line is outstanding. People

King F8 irons 5-GW Aerotech Steelfiber i80CW
Kind PUR wedge 56*

F8+ nardo, f8+ 5 wood, f8 20* then 4-pw new cb/mb combo (no idea if they’re even going to have those options or they’re going to be coming out this soon but one can dream)

F8 Driver in grey, Aldila 2KXV Blue in stiff
F8 5-wood, turn the loft down to 17° and play it like a shortened 4 wood, stock shaft
F8 3 hybrid, stock shaft
King Utility iron, probably around 22 degrees
F8 irons, 5-GW, steel shafts in stiff
King Pur wedges, 54 and 59 degrees, versatile grind on the 54, and wide-low on the 60, 1 degree strong.
Nardo grey Cobra Connect grips, Lamkin Crossline, +1 wrap.

I think that's what I'd rock if I had the choice. Then again, might be time to get a new fitting.

I would go with this:

F8 driver
F8 3/4 wood
F8 2/3 hybrid
F8 4 SL hybrid
F8 5-GW OL irons
54*, 58* PUR wedges

And I'd have as much UST in everything as they'll let me have.

f8 tour length driver in nardo 10.5 with evenflow blue 65 stiff

f8+ 4-5 1/2” over standard with evenflow blue 75 stiff

f8 4h with tour ad hy 95 stiff

king forged tec 4-6 with modus3 105 stiff

king forged tour 7-gw with modus3 105 stiff

pür wedges 56 and 60 versatile grind with modus3 wedge 115 stiff

the wedges would be tough for me. i struggled with the pür wedges early last year. i would like a high bounce wide sole design, but i don’t think they currently offer that.

Driver: F8
3/4W: F8+
Hyb/Util: 2/3 Utility or F8 3H One Length Hybrid
Irons: King Pro Irons (Black)
Wedges: King PUR Versatile Grind

Or, maybe just One Length irons.

Driver F8
FW F8 3/4
Irons F8 4-PW
Wedge Pur in 50,54,58

Never played any Cobra gear so I'll give this a try.

Driver: F8+ in Nardo Gray
Fairway: Since I have a regular F8 on the way I'd go F8+ 3/4
Hybrids: I'd probably go with two F8 hybrids. One for the 3 and the other for a 4 spot.
Irons: this is tough since I already was fortunate to get Forged Tours last year that I love. I'd be happy sticking with these or I would like to try the Forged Tec 4-PW.
Wedges: 3 PUR wedges going up to 56*

Driver: F8 in Nardo Gray

Hybrids: F8 2h
Irons: F8 4-GW with Recoils

I find the lack of Single Length disturbing.

All you "good" golfers with your repeatable consistent swings.

Definitely keep that "good" in quotes!
I'd try them, but I think I'd need more than a weekend to get used to long short irons and short long irons.

The idea of walking onto the course to clubs I've never hit before influences a lot of decisions for the Morgan Cup. I think 1-length is cool! But...that doesn't mean I want to walk into a competition with a set of irons composed of something that's foreign to me.

F8 Tour Length Aldila NV 2KXV Blue 60 Stiff
F8 Fairway 5-6 Aldila NV 2KXV Blue 60 Stiff
F8 OL Hybrid 3H Stock Shaft Reg Flex
F8 OL Irons 5 - SW SteelFiber i110cw Reg Flex
King OL Wedge 58 deg SteelFiber i110cw Reg Flex

F8 Tour Length, F8 3w, F8 ONE 3h and 4h, F8 ONE 5-GW w/Rogue, KING ONE 56 and 60. What an awesome set that would be!

Never hit any of their stuff so I will go with which ever clubs I hit the best. Feels like a cop out answer but that is the truth. I imagine I would start with forged irons/ hybrids F8 woods with some decent shafts(synergy)
