it doesn't happen to me very often, heck good putts dont often fall in for me
    Sounds like pretty good logic.

I don't narrow it to putts...I am famous for complaining about a shot after I hit it only to watch it land 3' from the cup and check up. Or think I barely got the club to the ball so it isn't going anywhere only to hit the sweet spot and have it go 40% longer than I thought. Used to make those complaints all the time til I consciously worked to stop a couple years ago

I know the feeling, as i had a couple of putts this week that didn't feel good coming off the face, but found the cup anyway. My elation when they dropped was heightened as i definitely felt like I stole a few...

I was at the putting range today, playing around, practicing lag putts to be 12" from the hole, and still toying with the Snell Red and Black and Chromesoft when...I sank three in a row from 12'. Unintentionally.

Looked up to see a guy with a cigar openmouthed watching me. I pointed meekly at the hole. "Seriously. Lag putting. No idea how that happened." He seemed glad to hear that.

Last week a buddy putted a 25 or so footer, and just after he hit it he yelled at himself...then the putt went in. He had actually misread the line at address then pulled it onto the correct line. I told him maybe his subconscious finally got tired of incorrect line-ups.
That ONE shot keeps you coming back!

Lol I love reading this guys ... Thanks

I am sooo glad I am not the only one. And yes it's Def more than just putts.

I have been so angry with a mishit that lands on the green, my partners just look at me going "seriously?"

More recently I am becoming "results focused" so have quietened down until I see the result, and then just shrug off the miss-hit
