Turned out excellent. The rosemary garlic herb butter puree we spread under the skin held up great and tasted awesome.

That looks delicious! We got tasked with desserts this year as well...later on we were informed the attendance was going to be about 30-35, mostly Cuban. lol. I baked pies and cakes all day yesterday.
 
About a half hour from being done.

Ham, turkey, homemade mac n' cheese, sweet potato and green bean casseroles are being prepared and cooked now. I was told about 4:30 for chow time.

All of the food posted thus far looks tremendous!
