How do you work on balance?

I have been noticing and tendency to fall/lean forward onto my toes on my downswing/follow through, it doesn't happen always and I cannot pinpoint why it happens. Any drills to help with better balance?
 
Work on getting setup properly. Keeping my armpits over the balls of my feet is my focus point.

I have the same tendency and it’s 100% due to setup. I know check the weight on my feet before I swing. If too much on heels or toes, I adjust. I make my stance a bit wider and I get my knees over the balls of my feet. This keeps me solid and not falling forward.
 
if i find myself doing this, i usually hit like 3 or 4 balls with an alignment stick under my toes. That sort of over exaggerates things a bit, but it helps me stay back
