So highest a person can take is net double. Wonder if score cards and courses will make that known and explain how that works.

So if I understand this "net double", as a 6 hdcp the highest I can now post is double bogey, period, so on a par 5 my highest score I can post is 7. However, under this "net double" standard, if the handicap on that hole is between 1 and 6 I can post an 8, correct? Since I get a stroke, my "net" would be 7?

Yes. I think. For me as really high cap Id be getting 2 pops so the highest I could post would be 9.
