Allegiant. That company is pathetic. They pay all their employees like crap. Their airplanes are old and tired and management does not support its employees. They need to go away.
They just fired a pilot for an unnecessary evacuation on the runway during an engine fire. Something every Captain would have done in the same situation.

We flew from KMLI to KIWA two years ago and it was by far the worst flying experience of my lifetime.

Get the branded credit card (eliminate checked bag fee)
Fly first class (bags free + drinks (makes delays easier)

Every time a thread starts that can be eventually taken to politics, I know I just have to stay the hell away. We are a wonderful diversely opinioned group, but that is not what I come here for. I end up reading a couple posts and just closing the site so that I don't take the bait and get trapped into a pointless argument.

Donne, we take the same approach. Its no fun and hopefully the new rules with AC members only having access to Debate threads (which I assume are nearly all politics threads) help with this matter.
I'll play golf with Republicans, Democrats, Socialists, Christians, Atheists, Muslims, Buddists, Straight, Gay, Men, Women...whoever. The debate threads turn just as bad regardless of if it is AC only or not. People lose their ability to disagree civilly when they are behind a keyboard, even if they have met before. I take these things too seriously and find it starts changing my opinion of people I otherwise like...just not worth it.
Donne is wise. Not the first time I've said it and it won't be the last.

This is the part of the political threads I hate as well. This is the first year that I have really gotten into politics, and sometimes I wish I hadn't. I am glad I am more educated, but living in my little naive bubble was a pretty peacful place. Politics and religion bring out the worst in people it seems.
I know I have been vocal at times in the political threads (I am currently participating in the 2016 Presidental thread regarding tonight's democractic debate), but I surely hope I have not offended anyone or gotten out of control. That was never my intention. I am just talking on a subject that is new to me and has a big affect on my life now as a business owner.

I don't subscribe to the Debate Room threads at all...my current rant was due to the Paris thread, and maybe a few Twitter comments I've seen lately. Maybe I'm just turning into a grumpy old man

Not at all, you are 100% right. I just know i have been more vocal this year than ever before, especially in the last few months, and I just wanted to make sure I haven't offended anyone.

I actually think that thread, largely, one of the more civil. It's been fun to participate in, even though I'm someone who is in the minority with some views. There have been some I've just felt like its best to hit the back button from though. Like anything on the Internet, things get a little crazy.

Why cant my cable bill be the same every month. We dont rent movies and it still fluctuates montly. Not very much but it just annoys me.
I know with everything going on in the world this isn't even close to anything but man, my golf game is gone. I lost a few pounds and my timing is gone. I can't even chip a ball correctly. Horrible timing too cause I have an important tourney coming up in 30 days that I've been waiting for for months.
