I registered for the goodwill cards and hope to get a set of snow tires out of one of them. The other $500 is going to xmas shopping.

Not happy at all. My snow tires were supposed to go on tomorrow and now I am looking at getting a loaner from VW tomorrow. The tire and wheel insurance already paid for itself though. The bead didn't break so its driveable I'm just not sure if a new tire will work. It was a funny phone call though. I called my sales guy and asked how quickly he could get me a new wheel. He asked why, I said the wheel is flat instead of round. He took a long pause before answering.
Bought a 2007 vw jetta for daughter. Needless to,say she is pretty excited for her 16th birthday to get here. Car us very clean and from everything I have read they are very reliable cars

2005 gti here, Ive owned it since new. Has 188k, still looks great inside and out. I have installed a bigger turbo for 300whp (racing vettes is fun). I took on a color change and painted it Uk gti color of Dragon Green Pearl. I also installed 2008 R32 leather seats. Trying to buy back my old Audi from my brother now.

Get hakkapeliitta 7's. I was planning on getting them myself when I was told I'll get them in June of 2016 which is a little late. I ended up going with Sotozero 3's and I'm hoping I get my car back tomorrow to test them out.

Are the hakkapeliitta 7s studdable? I like the 5s because of that.
But yeah, I'll definitely be getting another set of Hakkas regardless.

Hakka 7's are studable. That was my issue, I needed the non studded ones and I found exactly one tire like that. I was looking at Hakka 8's and they don't come in my size.
Got my car back today. Saw the bill for the damage. $1239.40. Total cost to me from that $0, I did spend $70 to have the other three winter tires mounted. When I bought the car there was an extra wheel and tire warranty for $599. I figured with Minnesota roads there was a 90%+ chance I'd dent a wheel and I knew the wheels are expensive. Its good for 5 years and it already paid for itself. The tire was replaced as well. Tire was $382 and the wheel $742, which is ridiculous seeing as the wheels I was planning on buying I get get 3 for that price and I can get pilot super sports for around $245 a tire. Yes OEM is expensive but still, I can get HRE FF01's for the same price.

Other than the emissions deal, I have been very pleased with my TDI Golf over the last 4 years.
I have already earmarked the $500 gift card for new irons, and the dealer card will most likely be going for new tires at some point.

Yeah it's been a lot of fun to drive so far. Really glad I bought it so far. Extremely happy with the power and technology.

I absolutely love the platinum grey metallic. My sister got a Jetta sport not too long ago and loves it.
Sweet looking ride.

First stop should be the window tint place, I just had a ceramic film put on the wife's front windshield to keep the sun from heating up the car through the windshield.

Not sure if you have zeibart up there or not but with the holidays most shops are running special.
