I would love to try these, as I've been eyeing some .355 irons and wondered how these would feel being a touch lighter

Hard ponder. Having a desk job (computer all day) and golfing a lot has led to some wrist issues.

been considering going to graphite. Not sure if I'd reshaft my irons or look for a set. But have been looking at the option quite a bit...maybe this winter.

I have recoils in 110g, so Im not trying to go lighter weight or anything. I am not a fan of lightweight irons, but I am a big fan of recoils. I just love the consistency and how easy they are for consistent distance.

Recoil 110 F4 (stiff) in my irons and love them. Was fit into Project X 5.5 before getting the Recoils and for me and my swing, they both play somewhat similar but I get the added benefit of less vibration (as many have mentioned) and a little extra distance.

Anyone ever try inserts? Wondering if some lighter steel shafts like Modus 105 or KBS 90 along with some Prosoft inserts might do the trick?

As many others have said I completely sold on Recoil shafts. This is the second set of irons with them, current set has Recoil 760. I'll never go back to steel shafts.

I have my P790s shafted with Mitsubishi Rayon OT Tours. First iron set I've ever used with graphite shafts. The weight is relatively standard (100g), but I've really enjoyed the feel vs. the KBS shafts I have used previously.

Bought a set of Ping i25's a few years back with Steelfiber i95's and absolutely love them. Less harsh on bad shots/increased all my normal iron # distances/don't feel "whippy" at all, I honestly haven't looked back since switching.
I am 32 by the way, also made gapping in my bag a lot simpler/easier as well with the increased distances.

I found a couple used Recoil 95 pulls for dirt cheap and am going to try them in my 6, 8, and PW.

I currently have Ping AWT 2.0 in stiff which are great but also surprisingly heavy (for me) and stout in the short irons. Was thinking of going to Modus 105 with inserts but maybe Recoil 95 F4 is the ticket. Ive hit both shafts and theyre fine for me in terms of play.
I had recoil 110s and went to the Modus 105 with sensicores. Having played both extensively the Recoils were better in terms of wear and tear, but the Modus plus sensicores arent far off.

I used graphite shafts during my "prime" when I was swinging my fastest and I felt there was zero disadvantages. I didn't have any durability issues despite hitting off of mats and I feel like they really saved my joints all the those years I used them. That was about 15-20 years ago so I can only imagine that the quality is better now too.
