Made the 3 hour trek to just north of Owen Sound on Sunday morning to play the beautiful Cobble Beach Golf Links. I'd played it about 10 years ago on it's first anniversary, and I'm happy to report that it's just as beautiful a track now as it was then. Of course, they have built some houses around the course that take away some of the view on a couple of holes, but what's unique is you can get a view of Georgian Bay from every single hole. Anyway, I tried a couple of panoramic shots with my S9; additional photos from the Nikon to follow when I have time to edit them down in size. The 17th hole is a par 3 down to the water and is their signature hole. Pin was exactly 130 yards from the white tees. My playing partner dumped it in the right front trap and chipped in for bird on our first 18, then hit it to 10 feet and drained it for bird on our second 18. My scores weren't so pretty.
