It takes time. That's the biggest thing I can share.

Gradually work back up to your old self. If you listen to you doctors, rehab and do what they tell you to do, then you will be back, better than ever. While I didn't have knee surgery, I had back surgery... The biggest mistake I did was trying to rush back!
