I play KBS tour 90 shafts in my irons, now I'm not sure how stiff the tip has been trimmed to, they are regular flex and straight from Callaway.
I'm going to reshaft some SLDR 4/5 hybrids either with this shaft or the KBS hybrid shaft.
Both profiles look similar to me, would you reshaft with the same shaft as the irons (the tour 90) or the KBS hybrid shaft.
The trimming on the KBS hybrid looks simpler.

I preferred their hybrid shaft in hybrids compared to the tour 90 when I did pretty much the same experiment. Used to be a big fan of steel in my hybrids for continuity until I found graphite that worked and realized I preferred the benefits to graphite.

If you're buying new, and parallel tip, then their tipping guide is pretty straight forward, I wouldn't get too freaked out by it.

Thanks I'll go with the hybrid then, really struggled with the hybrid shafts in graphite, just seem to lose so much distance compared to my irons I thought I'd give it a cheapish bash.
