Just purchased my first ever Scotty. Have been wanting one for a long time, but man are they pricey. Finally took the plunge and got the Select Newport 2. Have been playing with small-sized mallets for a long time, and been wanting to get back to a blade. Have only been putting indoors with it based on the weather, but love the feel, alignment etc. Cant wait to use it on the course soon.

haha, it's one of the few things I really couldn't care less about right now.
They've done a few really cool buckles... And a putting cup that was nice.
For twice as much as they paid for it 2 min ago...

The back pack is pretty bland imo. The cover is nice. The club membership gives you 48 hour pre-sale ability when limited stuff comes out. I guess a lot of people buy up the covers and they end up on the bay for like 3 bills... if there are any items that catch my eye it may be worth having. Ooh that buckle is nice!

Like most things anymore, it seems. I have a few of the Club Cameron covers that I enjoy gaming. They can usually be had for under 40 which is a number I am much more comfortable with ruining on a golf course haha
I agree. I have owned many covers in the past, some I am ashamed to say I sold well before they appreciated to levels now but all they ever did was sit on a rack. 79.99 is steep for something to look at. I'd rather use that to buy clubs now. If I'd only have held on to that Scotty Tiffany cover....
